Full cycle recruitment for positions in Automotive and Manufacturing industries. Typical positions include Design Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Controls Engineers, Program Managers, Body Engineers, Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Chassis Engineers, Powertrain Engineers, and more.Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments.Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide staffing solutions.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure they are set up for success within the company.Qualifications5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably within the automotive industry.Strong recruitment background with experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various industries.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges proactively.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Additional Information
