Technical Recruiter
Who you’ll be working with The back bone of Codal. Our recruiting team works tirelessly to ensure we are bringing in the best talent to represent who we are.  We are not transactional and order takers, we are partners. We dive deep into every position, resume, interview, and phone screen. We know what it takes to be successful. This person much be located in Chicago, we will not pay for relocation due to the level of the role.    What you’ll be doing Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting for critical, hard-to-fill positions.  Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for current and future needs.  Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools. Handle offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/rejection; collaborate with business partners on all negotiations. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.  Building a pipeline of diverse candidates to fill current and future needs of the organization. Initiate contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions via direct sourcing. Managing applicant tracking system data and informing the team of overall recruitment status and progress. What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements) 2-5 years experience in a recruiting role for a high-growth tech startup.  Numbers driven and data oriented  Linkedin Recruiter expert   Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS. Successful history of staffing positions at all levels - technical and non-technical roles.   Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - priorities are constantly shifting, and we stay agile to adjust and support our business needs. Experience hiring diverse technical talent. Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates, including passive candidates. Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience) In-house recruiting in a startup or tech environment. Experience with technical positions such as: Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, etc.
