Technical Relationship Specialist

This role is designed to provide support to our account team and partners during key project phases, supporting Sales, SEs and Partners ensuring smooth and efficient operations to accelerate business with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Critical SE’s Project Steps: Assist our team in navigating project stages from leverage Fortinet Advanced Services and PS to critical customer deadline related to renew, cross-sell, up-sell.
Assist Account team in Escalations: Act as the point of communication between customer, partner and Fortinet’s account team and support in case of long situations. Align customer’s expectations with or standards and processes, involve partner to create action plan to quickly resolve situation.

Demonstrable results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers. Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment Handling customer escalations, managing customer expectations, and driving successful resolutions 5 – 8 years’ experience in similar roles Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
