We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Requirements Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex technical solutions while driving innovation and efficiency in the environment using a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Candidates should be passionate about solving challenging problems and have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions. \n

Position requires an active TS\/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n

Up to 2 days\/week telework available\n

Required Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies\nProven experience in authoring system requirements and technical documentation\nProvides expert support, conducts in-depth analysis, and performs comprehensive research to address complex technical challenges\nCollaborates with stakeholders to capture evolving needs and features, ensuring alignment with project goals\nDocuments interfaces between new and legacy systems\nStrong knowledge of APIs and REST calls\nLeads and participates in system Transition and Decommission efforts\nRapidly comprehends and articulates intricate technical details to various audiences\nWorks autonomously towards long-range objectives under consultative direction\nUtilizes collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence\n\n

Qualifications: Six (6) years of experience as a System Engineer and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or ten (10) years of experience in lieu degree.\n
