The Technical Resilience Assurance Analysts will be responsible for addressing technical resilience and assurance needs, ensuring that all business-as-usual (BAU) front door queries are managed effectively through the submission process, this includes support for TPR3 compliance to achieve the global OKR of 100% completion. This role is crucial for triaging each TR request, applying technical knowledge from the existing resource library, and leveraging their own expertise to help applications meet their resilience requirements. The Technical Resilience Assurance Analyst will collaborate with various teams to implement resilience strategies and best practices, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our IT systems. They will evolve the submission process, they will be dedicated to 2x Business Units each and will embed themselves in the portfolios to familiarize themselves with products and the technical landscapes. A core part of the role will be to perform spot checks of products that have TPR3 sign off, and also to ensure the closure of any exceptions raised through the Known Resilience Vulnerability (KRV) process.
Responsibilities:
1. BAU Front Door Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all BAU front door queries related to technical resilience.
Manage the submission process, ensuring timely and effective triage of each request.
2. Technical Resilience Strategy Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of technical resilience BAU strategies such as testing maturity.
Ensure that policies and procedures are followed to maintain the robustness of IT systems.
3. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Conduct initial risk assessments for submitted requests to identify potential vulnerabilities.
Apply existing knowledge and resource library to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Technical Knowledge Application:
Utilize the resource library and personal expertise to provide technical guidance and solutions.
Ensure that applications meet their technical resilience requirements.
5. Testing and Validation:
Support regular testing and validation of resilience measures to ensure effectiveness.
Assist in conducting simulation exercises to test the organization's response to various scenarios.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate resilience strategies and updates to stakeholders as required.
Provide clear and concise responses to queries related to technical resilience.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Ensure products close all KRVs by the confirmed date in the KRV.
Provide feedback for continuous improvement of resilience measures based on lessons learned and new information.
8. Training and Awareness:

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
2-3 years technical experience
Good Communication Skills /Conversation
AWS or cloud infrastructure– disaster recovery, technical resilience, business continuity, management and planning.( Systems Engineer, Developer or Architect can be considered)
Confluence, Slack/Teams
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and identifying vulnerabilities.
Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ITIL is desired but not required
