Responsibilities:Ensure to achieve sales target and sales development as annual plan.Responsible for product line under responsibilities and as assignedManage existing customer and find new customer to achieve sales target as assigned.Ensure that all customer processes from Atotech are performing to the customer satisfaction in terms of quality and efficiency including cost control.Implement the continuous process improvement to meet or exceed customer expectation in term of quality and efficiency.Provide timely, thorough and professional response to any existing problem in the customer process.Responsible to conduct introduction of new products to customer including training and presentation.Responsible for all technical communication between all Atotech department and customer, attend all required technical meeting and communicate activities to appropriate person and all information from other regions, product specialist, etc. must be approved by the product marketing manager before being given to the customer.Provide technical support and share information among sales teamRecommend quality or process improvement measure to immediate superior. Additional responsibility: "Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards.-|-Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites & consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all levels".Requirements: Graduated in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry. Electroplating or related field.0 - 2 years experiences in sales or technical support in chemical industryExperience in Electroplaling is advantageGood written and verbal communication skills in English as well as technical or business writing.
