Mission Details Business Development: Support Regional Sales Manager with solution selling into current account base as well as expanding New Business Developments (NBDs). To provide regular Sales Reporting. Sales Support: Provide technical consultancy such as product recommendations and support machine trials to current/new customers/applications. Conduct competitive analysis to find selling point. Technical Support: Visit key customers and distributors routinely to understand their requirements and provide them timely technical support. Product and Application Training: Provide technical training to customers to improve their knowledge of our complete product range and improve their troubleshooting capabilities. Customer Complaint Handling: Work with customer service, sales, R&D, and QA to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. Reporting: Provide detailed technical reports of customer trials/visits and laboratory trials/testing. Proactively work to coordinate technical issues with global expert teams. System and Procedures: Comply 100% with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements.
Required Profile Knowledge: Adept in understanding and analyzing HP&C market and its competition. Skills/Abilities: Equipped with skills in presentation, negotiation, product application, testing, customer service, complaint analysis, conflict resolution, technical reporting, and communication for both Filipino and English. Attitude: Self-motivated; able to work and contribute effectively to a team; positive work values and ethics; innovative and focused on continuous improvements; manifests sense of ownership on tasks and responsibilities .Must be a team player and can adjust to various walks of life. Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Experience: 3 - 6 years of technical sales related experience in adhesives or packaging industry preferred.
