We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Providing customer service at highest standards, responding to customer’s commercial and technical questions or delegating other type queries to the right owner within the organization + Identifying customer needs, understand medium complexity technical requirements, collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, factories and other departments (as needed) and determine best solution to be offered + Sizing and configuring the products according to the technical and commercial requirements such as specifications, application fit, documentation, testing requirements, target lead-time and budget + Creating a quote in Oracle/ My Emerson assist with technical recommendations and submitting the proposal to customers on time, technically and commercially accurate by offering the best solution + Selecting the appropriate technical documentation + Making sure Frame Agreements and Price Agreements are followed and specifying a delivery time for the selected products + Verifying that purchase orders are in accordance with the offered technical proposal and commercial terms. Resolve any technical-related issues that may occur with the customer **Who You Are:** You partner with others to get work done.
