Purpose and Mission
As Sales Manager in Turkey you will be responsible for Dramix® (steel fiber concrete reinforcement) sales industrial concrete flooring market. You are responsible for maximizing the customer engagement and sales in your dedicated area.
Key Activities and Responsibilities You lead the entire process, from supervising and providing design to costs analysis, implementation and closing the deal. You identify and cultivate design partners and other key stakeholders to the development of Dramix steel fibers in the allocated industrial concrete flooring market As accountable for your region, you work with a high degree of autonomy, supported and coached by your area sales manager together with the Technical Team. As member of the TR team, you are willing to travel (approx. 60%) within Turkiye on a regular basis. You prepare and present technical proposals. You identify new opportunities within the region and actions to capitalize on these opportunities. You report on competitor activity, territory forecasting and territory performance. You make price negotiation with the customer in coordination with the Area Sales Manager. You grow business by managing prospects and lead for construction projects, prioritize based on size and sales potential. You deliver presentations and maintain CRM records accurately (daily CRM records and CRM is an integral part of the daily business routine) You report to the Area Sales Manager. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, a Master’s degree in commercial engineering, business administration or similar area is preferable, not a must Minimum of 5 years relevant experience Strong communication towards stakeholders (internally and externally) Good negotiation skills, Ability for coordination and solve problem and proven record of project managements Analytical and results oriented with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Knowledge of general building processes and product specification development result driven mindset Apply a value selling approach. Proficient with Microsoft tools, forecasting, and marketing techniques Good command of English Willing to travel (> 60%) Preferably living in the Marmara region ( Kocaeli, Istanbul, Bursa..)Be bold and take the leap!
