Job Description
The Technical Sales Account Manager will develop short term service contracts to maintain system operations during an upgrade, maintenance outage, peak demand and start-up and commissioning. You will originate multi year service contracts that sustain and improve Reverse Osmosis (RO) and pre-treatment asset performance, evaluate and qualify Ultrafiltration (UF), Deionization (DI) and RO water systems to justify upgrade project opportunities for improved operations, and manage existing/grow new customer relationships that make you a trusted partner. This position will support customer wastewater and water reuse needs with clarification services with dissolved air flotation, mobile membrane bioreactor (MBR) and Veolia mobile systems equipped with ZeeWeed* UF immersed membranes, providing beneficial reuse, turning wastewater into a valuable source. In addition, you will establish and execute strategic growth plans for the assigned region.
This position will become a member of the best commercial organization in the water business: using curiosity and creativity to grow a quality pipeline, clearly defining needs/wants through a customer lens, developing/managing commercial plans with a focus on growth, and negotiating contracts that benefit our customers and our business. You will benefit from strong emotional intelligence with abilities to support and provide guidance to a multi-discipline team. Demonstrated success in all aspects of the role will result in future opportunities in commercial and business roles with possibilities of increased complexity and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be self-driven with a strong affinity for helping others find success and a deep desire to develop creative, customer-focused solutions. Please note this position should be based from Houston Area and majority of customers
and travel will be within region.
