TECHNICAL SALES REP
At Weatherford we are seeking a talented Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to join our dynamic team. As a TSR, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing strategic relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve leveraging your product line and operational expertise to proactively sell systems and services within our Cementation portfolio. With a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, you will ensure that our clients receive comprehensive knowledge and support, often at their locations, warehouses, or workshops. + Prioritize safety and service quality in all areas of your work, maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct. + Own opportunities and enter them into Salesforce, adopting consistent and effective use of available technology. + Advise clients on our participation in sales opportunities, discuss technical specifications, and gather client feedback. + Collaborate with internal resources to solve customer issues and ensure service quality. + Understand and mitigate business risks by working closely with your line manager. + Take ownership of the sales life cycle process, delivering on your responsibilities with accountability. + Understand clients' needs and ensure our products and services are positioned and understood by key decision-makers. + Propose solutions to clients formally through pitches, presentations, bids, and tender submissions, as well as informally through networks and discussions. + Relay competitive information to relevant stakeholders, including pricing, product performance, marketing materials, activities, and new products/technologies. + Develop client-specific value propositions and identify opportunities for new products and services. + Visit client worksites, offices, rig sites, warehouses, and workshops to ensure our offerings meet expectations and enhance client relationships. **Required:** + Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years of oil & gas industry experience + 4 years of relevant technical or operational experience with Cementation/Liner Hangers + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to quickly gain a broad-based knowledge of our products and services. **Preferred:** + 2 years of business development experience. **Travel Requirement:** Ability to travel up to 10% of the time **Compensation** Weatherford offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications. \#LI-KP1
