Technical Sales Engineer – Spain (Remote in BARCELONA or BILBAO or SEVILLA)

A leading global manufacturer of high-quality carbide precision tools for metal cutting is looking for a multi-skilled Technical Sales Engineer to cover the Spanish market. With a presence in 46 markets worldwide and six locations, the company develops, produces, and sells precision tools used in various machining applications, including groove turning, grooving, thread whirling, polygon, shank, and disk milling. In addition to a broad standard portfolio of around 13,000 tools, customized solutions are also offered to meet specific customer needs.

Your Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting customers across Spain, selling the company's extensive range of cutting tools, maintaining existing client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities. A strong understanding of CNC machines and cutting tools is essential to provide process solutions and optimization for customers.

Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A completed apprenticeship and at least five years of experience in metalworking Advanced metal cutting knowledge and expertise in tools for machining First sales experience in technical products Technical skills to demonstrate solutions and support customers effectively Strong customer service orientation throughout the sales process Confidence in a customer-facing role with the ability to handle objections Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to stay up to date with market and competitor trends A valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%)
