Overview The Technical Sales Specialist, Refrigeration Parts Plus will be responsible for the sales and support of all products included in the RP+ catalog. This position requires substantial understanding of the technical aspects of refrigeration parts, systems, and service as well as a general understanding of the broader refrigeration industry. This position is independent in nature and will require the successful candidate to excel in time management, sales planning, communication, travel planning and networking to provide a World Class Customer experience. This position will seek to develop a deep understanding of the needs of the customer to provide solutions for business growth through strong partnerships. This position will report to the Program Manager, Refrigeration Parts Plus and will seek to continuously grow market share for our current product portfolio while introducing new opportunities to expand our offering in the industry. Responsibilities Responsible for working directly with other functional areas within Aftermarket Solutions and outside of Performance Parts to drive World Class customer experience to exceed AOP sales target. Responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional working relationships with account management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment. Act as the subject matter expert for Refrigeration Parts Plus in support of all sales activities across Aftermarket Solutions Participate in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies in support of the Aftermarket Solutions business. Responsible for supporting internal customers; Equipment Branches, Service Branches, and Aftermarket Solutions sales team to increase revenue and exceed AOP. Responsible for providing industry leading customer resolution for all customer requests. Responsible for providing accurate documentation/record keeping of customer engagement and initiatives. Responsible for providing E-Store development, order entry guidance, and training for both internal and external customers. Responsible for representing current & future state client engagement requirements and processes to support the Next Gen HSM Parts e-Store. Responsible for monitoring, measuring and support of process improvement initiatives to ensure fulfillment of customer demands. Manage key account relationships with vital parts decision makers. Provide Support for Physical Inventory. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in business-to-business technical sales. Clearly demonstrates the ability to identify the needs of a customer and the ability to guide the decision-making process. Technical Sales Experience including management of dealer/distributor relationships. General Knowledge of refrigeration systems and controls Proven performance in successfully managing and growing a sales portfolio independently. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain organized and repeatable processes through solutions. Enthusiasm for sales with a sense of urgency to include the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize, as necessary. Travel: 50-60% with some international as required.
