Apply now for the position of Technical Sales Support – Advanced Therapy Modality, based in Algiers, Algeria.

This person will deliver technical product support to meet Zone and Country BL-specific strategies and needs. He will serve as the primary technical contact within the Subzone for Sales, BP and country product manager for all technical configuration preparations, tender responses and other technical customer requirements.

Your role:

To prepare and verify technical configurations aligning them with customer needs and tender documents. Preparation of technical responses to tenders. To assess the customer requirement and assure optimum product offers with the technical quotation. This should follow the aligned strategy from Business Line Manager and Product Managers. To provide technical product support to countries within the assigned subzone, assisting sales and business partners with competitive information, configuration insights, trainings and online/onsite customer meetings when required. To work in close alignment with OTO to make sure that technical part of the offers are implemented in the CRM tools. To provide insights reports on tender specification patterns to the Product Manager and Zone Business Line Manager for strategic positioning and offering updates To provide necessary technical documentation that is requested by the customer. To maintain comprehensive knowledge on product positioning and value-selling approach of our products and competitors' weaknesses and strengths to effectively position our products in tenders.

Your expertise:

A Bachelor s degree in biomedical engineering or related fields Good knowledge of imaging principles and technologies. Sales orientation with previous experience as application / product specialist in medical imaging organizations of at least 2 years. Clinical knowledge of the AT modality is advantageous. You have a good knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging Market and Advanced Therapy products. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good team player and respectful of diversity. Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity. Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English/French, both written and spoken. Based in Algeria.
