Introduction 

 

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support, Crushing Products to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to customers, through comprehensive understanding of the products, support soft-wares and application areas. In this position, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Technical Sales Support. 

 

This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX and Cananea, Sonora MX. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to Customer Sites. 
  
Team you belong to:

 

You will join a team of Technical Sales Support interested in providing solutions to Sales Manager and customers.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Field Services Engineers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Optimize crusher wear parts and screens through customer engagement and product expertise. Train local teams and provide continuous support to enhance performance and reliability. Conduct field measurements and develop detailed assessments to ensure optimal solutions. Collaborate with product lines on innovative CAD proposals for liner optimization. Develop benchmarking processes and gather valuable insights to inform product improvements. 

 

Who you are:

 

You possess a good knowledge of crushing/screening processes and applications. You’re skilled in CAD and have a customer-centric mindset, thriving in service-oriented environments. You excel in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting while building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’re ready to embrace travel and connect with customers on-site to ensure success.
