Technical Sales Support

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Technical Sales Support Professional to join our team in Romania. This role involves focusing on product configuration and CRM administration. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare technology, technical sales expertise, and the ability to customize solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales & commercial & product specialist departmentsConduct reporting on product offerings and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales proposals.Achieve and exceed best value propositionReporting for CRM on different Business lines

Technical Expertise:

Gain a thorough understanding of our healthcare solutions and their applications.Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process.Configure and customize solutions to meet specific client requirements.Collaborate with the product development team to address client feedback and improve offerings.

Client Engagement:

Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives.Offer tailored solutions that align with client needs and goals.Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.Maintain regular communication to foster long-term relationships.

CRM Administration:

Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.Monitor sales activities and track progress within the CRM.Generate reports and analytics to support sales strategies and decision-making.Automation CRM processes

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing and product teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare technology, engineering, business, or a related field.Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.Strong understanding of healthcare solutions and their applications.Proficiency in configuring and customizing technical solutions.Experience with CRM administration and sales tracking.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to travel as needed.
