Introduction:

 

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support - Chute Lining / Screening Products to join our Technical sales support team. You will be for providing technical and commercial support to customers, through comprehensive understanding of the products, support soft-wares and application areas.

This position can be in Arizona, Wisconsin, or Alaska, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including remote options. However, it involves up to 50-70% of travel to customer sites.

We work closely with internal // external stakeholders, such as MTB/ Screening regional/Global product support team, Chute Lining & Screening Tier 2 team, LCS local service team and SSO, Manufacturing units and design departments. Our team culture is all about solving problems and providing the best solutions to our customers.  The members in our team are in York, (PA), Salt Lake City, (UT), Mesa, (AZ), Brookfield, (WI).


What you’ll do:

 

•    Support customers with PLs input for continuous optimization on Chute Solutions and Screening Products interfacing with the responsible product support. Train and continuously communicate with local Market Area in doing wear readings, assessment and recommendations.
•    Perform as local product expert for MTB / Screening products and related services.
•    Responsible for all field requirements such as field measurements, work scope development, parts recommendations, materials selection and product application.
•    Assist or perform wear measurements at site if or when required.
•    Meet with customers on an as needed basis to discuss/review profile and optimization plans.
•    Make reports, evaluations from the wear readings, visualized in CAD drawings.
•    Work with Product line on proposal drawings for liner optimization in CAD.
•    Support studies with local service hubs & LCS to reduce maintenance costs, recommend modifications or replacements to increase reliability.
•    Follows up on installations and gathers information for product improvements and optimization.


Who you are:

 

•    5-10 years’ experience in heavy industry preferably with mineral processing equipment, preferably the related products.
•    Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
•    Strong knowledge of MTB/screening process and applications.
•    Knowledge of CAD and SAP.
•    Excellent oral/written communication skills, organizational, problem solving and trouble shooting skills required.
•    Experience working in a customer-focused and service-oriented environment
