Responsible for preparation of techno-commercial offers and timely submission of offers in line with customer specifications with necessary processes • Responsible for submitting correct offers with full ownership of offers and driving LoAs with the internal alignment of all stakeholders• Meeting Order Intake, SM, Revenue, and margin factory loading targets• Responsible for customer relationship management pan India, negotiation, and order finalization independently • Coordinate with other internal departments for special topics and Drive spec-in with Technical Promotion and Sales Teams• Should be responsible for addressing execution-related topics with the execution team and factory• Must be an active team player with a collaborative and open-to-learn approach with minimal supervision• We seek a Bachelor in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 10-12 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Energy Automation Products sales and tendering or Power Automation systems with expertise in control & protection, automation systems will be preferred. Knowledge about MVP business will be an added advantage.• Good knowledge of interpretation and application of electrotechnical languages, symbology, and IEC standards.• Available to travel for national and international business trips.• Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.• Calm, collected, and collaborative works well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.• Interpersonal and Communication Skills focus on internal and external customers.
