Bruker India is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team supporting the globe for various products such as QUANTAX for EBSD, EDS, WDS, Micro XRF. 

 

Perform the Technical Sales Support to our existing customers through email and telephone.

Candidate will recommend solutions and maintain a good record of all work and communications with the customer in a call tracking system, including documenting solutions for a public knowledge base. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter, who embraces challenges and enjoys learning independently, and is one who possesses excellent customer service, and technical problem-solving skills.

Must have excellent customer relations skills and the ability to make timely and effective decisions.

Responsibilities Technical sales support for Electron Microscope Analyzers.Order clarification for analytical tools for electron microscopes.Support internal customers and distributors on technical questions.Provide necessary information/ observations/ logs all required support to next level or developer for diagnose a reported/ escalated problem. Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Geology, Physics, Chemistry or Material science.Additional coursework or certifications in electron microscopy and related analytical techniques can be beneficial. 

Key requirements:

 

In-depth knowledge of electron microscopy.Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with EDS analyzers (experience with EBSD and WDS analyzers is a strong plus).Strong communication skills and ability to interact and influence stakeholders, both inside and outside the company.Experience working in a laboratory setting, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring proper operation of microscopes is an advantage.
