Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Security System Integrator to join our team! In this role you will travel the world, hone your skills, and provide technical security systems that protect US diplomats and citizens abroad.

What You'll Be Doing:

The Technical Security Systems Integrator shall perform configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of networked Technical Security Systems (TSS) for US Department of State missions, to include:

Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)Emergency Notification Systems (ENS)Automated Access Control Systems (AACS)Closed Circuit Television/Surveillance Systems (CCTV)Video Management Systems (VMS)Environmental/Power Monitoring SystemsLayer 2/3 Network Appliances (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)

Additionally, the Systems Integrator shall perform the following:

Provide onsite training to end users on all integrated systemsProvide remote troubleshooting and assistance to end usersAdhere to standards and commissioning proceduresUnderstand and follow project designs/schematicsComplete required project documentation and ensure project as-builts are accurateInternational Travel 50-75%

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

2 years of experience with integration/configuration of Technical Security SystemsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field (may be substituted with 5 or more years of relative integration experience and 2 or more relevant certifications)

Citizenship/Passport/Security Clearance:  The candidate must be a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET Candidate required to live in proximity to the National Capital Region.

Salary Range: 

$33.89 - $59.33
