Technical SEO Team Lead:

We are hiring a  Technical SEO Team Lead for our Two Men and A Truck brand to bring the needed focus on technical SEO to multiple customer facing web products. In this role you will create, oversee, and implement technical aspects of our overall SEO strategy. You will work directly with an experienced team supporting multiple brands within our larger portfolio with Service Master Brands.

 

What you will do:

Develop, oversee, and implement technical SEO strategies in-line with overall SEO strategiesConduct ongoing technical SEO audits utilizing Screaming Frog and other tools to ensure errors and opportunities are addressedOversee aspects of our off-page tactics, like Google Business and listings managementWork with our web product team, and developers to resolve issues as neededMonitor page indexing issues via Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster ToolsManage organization of sitemaps for all TMT web properties and ensure they remain up to dateAnalyze overall ranking performance and new page ranking through BrightEdgeStay on top of Core Web Vitals using Google Search Console and Lighthouse for all web propertiesEnsure websites are following structured data best practices and provide recommendations on new implementationsFollow white hat SEO best practices and stay ahead of changing trends

 

What you will bring: 

Experience with content management systems like Drupal or WordpressExperience with SEO monitoring tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs or BrightEdgeHas experience with crawl tools such as Screaming FrogExperience with website development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptPossess strong written and oral communication skillsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsStrong understanding of Google analytics and Internet marketing languageDesire to coach, lead and teach others in your area of expertiseDetail oriented; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure qualityAbility to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focusAdvanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite and report generationHigh level of commitment to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values and Mission StatementBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field recommended but not required2 or more years of experience with search engine optimization
