Technical Service & Application Manager

Division: Industrial Quality Solutions (工業品質解決方案)

Main Tasks:

1. Work and perform in compliance with company's regulation and request.
2. Understand and follow company policies and procedures/processes thoroughly, assist in development and implementation of strategies.
3. Direct, counsel, and develop Service and Application Engineers toward improving their performance of job-related duties, this includes reviewing their productive hours, operating within budgets, managing overtime, customer satisfaction, training, contract sales, revenue generation
4. Promote growth by actively identifying and targeting potential new business
5. Manage service and application teams to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
6. Establish relationships at multiple levels with customers. Respond to satisfaction surveys and resolve customer care issues. Seek input from customers about their needs and expectations to continually improve Customer Service.
7. Provide timely response to all requests from both internal and external customers.
8. Support sales by providing solutions to achieve customer satisfaction and retention
9. Create an attractive, motivating and empowering working environment for all teams
10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education / 教育背景
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.

Experience / 經驗
• 5-8 years relevant working experience
• People management experience is preferred

• Good analytic and problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
• Confident and independent working manner
• Proficiency in conflict management, negotiation and resolution
• Willingness to travel domestic and international
• Strong communication, cross team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated, willing to take on challenges
• Good command of written and spoken English
