Technical Service Delivery Manager (Business Continuity and Mobile App)

Location: Richmond, VA/ Kennesaw, GA/ Chicago, IL Must Have: Agile tools (Jira) Technical Service Delivery Description:
+ The team is looking for an experienced technical BA with a minimum of 7 years of project experience in managing technology projects.
+ As a Technical Service Delivery Lead you will apply technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors.
+ You will work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
+ Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies.
+ You will work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve the line of business needs.
+ You may manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget. Works under minimal supervision on enterprise-wide projects requiring creative solutions
Corporate Security Space
+ Global Response Technology supports tools that are used to track business continuity events and impacts to employees, facilities and bank functions.
+ Tools include a geospatial tool that tracks global alerts within predefined proximities to employee home locations and facilities that is integrated to a tool that manages business continuity events and mitigation.
+ We also support a mobile contact card with key leader contact information that ultimately will be replaced but currently has enhancement work in process.
Client, Eet Domain Experience Required:
+ Background in the systems development lifecycle including project management, IT and business strategy, business/systems analysis and design, requirements gathering, business process modeling.
+ Knowledge of project managements principles, practices, techniques and tools (Waterfall Agile)
+ Must have technology project background and understand full SDLC
+ Must have excellent analytical verbal and written communication skills and be able to conduct presentations and deliver technical requirements.
+ Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and measurable deliverables
+ Applies all aspects of program/project management: resource planning, work breakdown, risk/issue management, financial management, implementation planning, testing, training/communication, etc.
+ Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management
+ Must be an intermediate level or above user of Office suite (primarily Excel and Project) as well as Visio
+ Prior client Experience
Required Skills:
+ JIRA, Network Relationship Building
+ Must have Agile and Waterfall project experience
+ Change Management familiarity
+ Mobile app onboarding experience
