Technical Service Manager, South Korea
Acute Care Technology The incumbent will manage repairs, maintenance and testing on the range of medical equipment supported by ZOLL, and to actively promote after sales services within the region Essential Functions: + Leading team of Engineers/Technicians to perform Preventive Maintenance, Commissioning, attending of on-site Service Calls and answering/replying of customer enquiries + Assist sales team in ensuring that sales demo equipment is serviced / tested within preferred time periods + Planning of day-to-day activities to support both internal and external customers + Effective allocation to ensure deliverables are met + Maintains high level of business relationships and customer satisfaction + Ensure proper and accurate documentations of Service Reports, Quotation, Customer Purchase Orders and etc with compliance to GDPMDS requirements. + Ensure accurate Inventory transactions at all times + Effective planning to achieve individual/team KPI and Company Budget + Liaising with Tech Support Team to escalate customer’s feedback and adverse events + Maintaining and updating of Technical Service activity tracker and Customer Install Base + Implementation and maintenance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures + Ensure continuous improvements of processes and workflow Required/ Preferred Education and Experience: + University Degree or Equivalent + Minimum of 3 to 5 years or more experience of relevant work experience in the medical device industry, or Biomedical Engineering industry + Minimum of 3 to 5 years or more in leading a team + Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Good experience with on-site troubleshooting and fault investigation + Good knowledge with GDPMDS, 5S, Kaizen and internal audits. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills + Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines + Ability to work on-site independently and as a team + Proven ability to effectively instruct and supervise individuals + Ability to influence and motivate the team + Willingness to take ownership of processes and strive for continuous improvement + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required. + Highly proficient with Microsoft office and other Engineering software Licenses and Certifications: Valid local driving license and possess a car About Us At ZOLL, we're passionate about improving patient outcomes and helping save lives.
