JOB PURPOSE Technical Service and Advice in the field of Adhesives, Performs highly diversified tasks to maintain, repair, troubleshoot and install production and facility assets according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes. JOB DESCRIPTION Application support and support for our customers in cooperation with the development and application technology department in Sweden as well as Sales Manager, Application consulting for existing customers regarding Adhesives systems and AkzoNobel machine solutions, Development of problem solutions in the areas of Adhesives systems and machine technology, Monitoring of technical developments in the markets with regards to new competitive products and new processing technologies as well as machine concepts, Preparation of technical reports as well as telephone and personal contact with our customers and suppliers, Assembly of AkzoNobel technical equipment (Hard and Software), such as dosing and application systems, all intelliCURE components, as well as customer training, Regular maintenance of AkzoNobel machines and equipment, Independent support of the customers in case of problems caused by Adhesives or machinery, Practical introduction of new Adhesives systems also in connection with trials at the customer's site Technical complaint handling in cooperation with machine department, laboratory and production in Sweden, as well as reporting to Technical Service Manager and Sales Manager, Intensive exchange of experience with machine department, laboratory and production in Sweden, Active support of the technical service department with regards to productivity and production costs for the customers, Active cooperation and intensive exchange of experience with other Technical Service Advisor Adhesives in Europe with regards to technology and glue systems, Documentation of customer support in terms of costs and workload Participation in trade fairs, customer seminars and training courses, Maintenance of customer-specific data, documentation, reports etc. in existing databases, apps, Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas

Execute work according to standardized work processes (a.o. CoC, AN Business Principles, HSE rules) and continuously drive improvements.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS Education in industry / trade, min 3 years of professional experience in wood/machinery or chemical industry, experiences in the field of industry environment, exam from electrotechnics as an advantage (50/1978 Sb.; 250/2021 Sb.) high technical understanding, electrical education/profession is an advantage, basic knowledge about wood is an advantage, basic knowledge about adhesives is an advantage, good IT knowledge (Outlook/Word/Excel etc.) good communication skills, good knowledge of written and spoken English, independent and systematic working method, willingness to travel (destinations: Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania) willingness to learn & develop and to act as a team player.
