Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. •\tCoordinate and schedule Field Service Technicians, ensuring timely and efficient Dates and times to clients.•\tCommunicate with Clients, Internal Comms to provide updates on Field Service Technicians status and resolve any issues or delays.•\tUtilize service management system to track and manage Field Service Technician work completion to plan next site visit and maintain accurate records of all Service level agreement activities.•\tCollaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.•\tPerform data entry tasks to update information in all the systems.

Qualifications for the role

Previous experience in a dispatching or Field Service Technician position role preferred.Familiarity with Robotics and Field Service functionalities.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers.Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.Ability to type accurately and efficiently and experience working in Robotics is essential.Note: This job description is not exhaustive.
