As a **Technical Service Specialist** , you'll perform on-site activities related to planned maintenance, troubleshooting, hardware & software upgrades, and installations. **Responsibilities:** + Schedule and execute planned maintenance to ensure instrument reliability. + Address demand calls by utilizing remote analysis tools for troubleshooting. + Conduct installations and deinstallations of instruments. + Achieve success measured by customer satisfaction (NPS), service KPIs (tickets per day, First Time Fix Rate & Mean Time to Repair), and regional growth and profitability. **Your Profile:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
