Technical Service Specialist (Events)

What you’ll do:

Sales support for Technical questions, project planning meetings, travel to support projects and project management Partner with recruiting/ first interviewer, support service center manager with technician planningPerform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressorsTroubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle the repairsBe a mentor for Technicians as directed.You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

High School diploma/GED10+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairsExperience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematicsExperience with 5S/6S (GSCS)Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical cardValid driver’s licenseAbility to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
