Reliability and Improvements Manager
**What you'll bring to the team** Location: _Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE_ Here at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for anReliability and ImprovementsManager to join our Technical Services team! We’re looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of effective maintenance strategies across our resort. You'll be responsible for managing and evolving our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring it supports statutory, preventive, and predictive maintenance. You'll also drive the use of problem and defect management tools to support data-led decision-making. A key part of the role involves promoting a culture of continuous improvement within engineering and facilities teams. You’ll lead change, ensure maintenance processes are accurate and effective, and help reduce costs while boosting reliability, guest satisfaction, and team efficiency.
