Preparing and compiling reports needed with varying deadlinesFacilitates the provision of complete secretarial and administrative support to managementAssist with completion of other tasks as neededCheck and ensure accuracy of daily food safety paperworkManage and complete corporate databases/spread sheetsResponsible for filing and storage of all food safety recordsQualifications:Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)ReliableAble to work with little to no supervisionProblem solving skillsAble to work in a team environmentTyping SkillsOrganizational and planning skillsAbility to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines consistently and accuratelyData collection and managementAttention to detailEOE, INCLUDING DISABILITY/VETS
