We are seeking a unique and passionate individual to join our team as a Technical Services Coordinator. **Requirements:** • Relevant qualification in Mechanical and Electrical field. • Language proficiency in written and spoken Polish and English. • Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems. • 3+ years of experience in a similar building environment, preferably in a maintenance team. • Experience of working with CMMS systems and asset management. • Experience of managing budgets and financial planning. • Experience of working within a maintenance team. • Client driven approach. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. **Responsibilities:** • Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture, log quality hazards, and ensure resulting actions are closed out. • Ensure legislative compliance in relation to Health and Safety for all building operations activities and ensure compliance with CBRE/Client policies and procedures. • Ensure all specific facilities issues are logged and ensure remedial actions are completed proactively. • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders in CBRE & Client and develop customer relationships by listening to and understanding customer needs. • Manage all technical services, including fixed, planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities across the region. • Understand the importance of the CMMS system and the dependence on accurate asset information, and be responsible for the validation of asset registers, condition evaluation, and life cycle planning. • Accountable for the Technical Services annual budget planning process and ensure maintenance and repair of services is achieved within the budget. • Accountable for the management of all technical services provided through sub-contractors and ensure service delivery and service level agreements adherence in line with CBRE standards. • Recognize the benefits of a strong working relationship with CBRE Projects teams and actively develop this at every opportunity. **What we offer:** • On site role (working hours: 8:00 – 16:30/9:00 – 17:30). • Possibility to learn and grow further with CBRE GWS. • Be a part of an interesting international client in a dynamic fast-growing company. • Private medical care, co-participation in sport card and facilitation in life insurance.
