Technical Services Director

This is a people management role responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Successfully manages the unit, profit and loss and lead a team of senior individuals. + Manage a team of 25+ individuals with 4-5 direct line reports. + Takes full ownership for managing efficiency levels, streamlining and continuously improving procedures to deliver customer excellence. + Collaborates with executives to provide vision in the development of the Technical Services strategy and manage implementation to achieve revenue and expense targets. + Leads by example, setting the standard for client satisfaction and develop policies, procedures and standards that will drive optimization and client satisfaction. + Establishes and manages operational initiatives and programs to enable the achievement of the technical services strategy. + Sets and manages annual growth targets and manages the internal organizational impacts on the team in terms of resourcing, financing and up skilling. + Leverages their relationship skills and knowledge of the client environment to address complex client and business needs, providing relevant solutions. + Defines and executes business plans, monitoring performance and managing expectations to achieve best business results. + Sets, tracks and manages the operational budget. + Acts as a change agent, driving transformation that leads to maximum client satisfaction and business profitability. **Knowledge and Attributes:** + Significantly vast business and commercial orientation and with a supporting interest in technology. + Significantly vast knowledge of technical services, IT service management, and related technologies. + Ability to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. + Significantly vast understanding of various information technology domains, including infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, application management, networks, data center and collaboration. + Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. + Significantly vast leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and mentor a team. + Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at senior / executive level. + English language at proficient level **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Information Technology or related field. + Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration preferred. + Project management certification desired **Required Experience:** + Significantly vast relevant experience in senior management / leadership role within a related environment + Significantly vast experience in IT Infrastructure services operations experience with a large IT enterprise environment. + Significantly vast people management experience in leading and managing technical operations teams across the Data Center, Networking, Security, Workplace and Communications domains. + Significantly vast experience in managing global enterprise client outsourcing projects. + Significantly vast vendor management experience. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
