We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our growing team. Our engineers are responsible for the technical development and delivery of our product and integrations. They deliver expert guidance to clients, our partners and the larger Intapp teams in order to help us improve processes to ensure we are delivering a first-class service across the board.

What you will do:

Working as part of a Project team to deliver Technical Services to Intapp customersDesigning and building Integrations on Intapp Integration Service (IIS)Operating in a client facing role to provide analysis of client needs and integration recommendationsConduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solutionWorking cross functionally with several teams including the product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams in order to collaborate on improvements in delivering solutions to clients

What you'll need:

Experience implementing and designing integrations with Boomi strongly preferredResults-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customersDemonstrate 5+ years of professional experience working on software or API developmentExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical usersDegree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceSelf-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and strong desire to learnExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves direct customer interactionTeam player with the ability to coordinate work with all team membersDemonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change managementProject management skills including organizational and administrative skillsIntellectual curiosity and motivated for continual learningExtensive web technology knowledge and understanding:Web based Request/Response cyclesConsuming RESTful and SOAP API’sSynchronous and Asynchronous communicationsDatabases & T-SQL (relational, queries, joins, procedures, performance)
