Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Provide laboratory technical and engineering support to customers, sales representatives, contractors, and architects + Run regular and advanced tests on concrete. + Learn to run tests on Iso thermal calorimeter and Thermogravimetric analyzer as well as concrete petrography + Provide support and laboratory assistance with customer complaint investigations and the development of new or improved products + Actively participates in projects related to cement production and cement plant QC, raw materials, intermediate products, alternative materials, fuels, and additives - including plan of action development, execution, and report generation.
