What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical direction and leadership for quality control employees in Aggregates and HMA.Offer expert technical support for customer and contractor issues in the field.Collaborate with operations and sales to optimize processes, develop new products, and maintain customer relationships.Work with consultants and engineers on specifications and innovations for aggregates, HMA and recycling.Develop and analyze mix designs, specifications, and quality standards to solve plant and customer problems and support product development.

What Are We Looking For

Background in Civil or Materials Engineering or P.Eng preferredExtensive experience in Aggregates/RMC/HMA industry.Proven supervisory and management experience.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Effective communication and technical proficiency in building materials.
