Position: Technical Services Planner

Location: GSK – Montrose, Angus

Role: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Hours: 37.5, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Weekend: 1 every 6 weeks, working until 12:00pm for Fire Alarm testing on site - Overtime or Day in Lieu

 

Mitie have a brand new opportunity for a Technical Services Planer to join their team in Angus, Scotland!

 

You will be in charge of the co-ordination and planning of the technical services and update the internal and external management systems raising correct work to remedy.

 

Job Duties:

Oversee the co-ordination and planning of technical services in accordance with asset planned maintenance programs to ensure service delivery KPl's are met Ensure contractor risk assessments and method statements are available and have been reviewed in order to obtain permit to work from GSK SSOW team Conduct site and area inductions with contractors Escorting contractors around site where necessary Ensure contractors have completed relevant SOP's in line with their engineering activities· Follow the completion of works to ensure engineers reports and certification are received and uploaded to the management system Assist with the reviewing of engineers reports in order to identify required remedial action, raising corrective work to remedy. Updating of internal and external management systems (Maxim , SAP) Raising of supplier and subcontractor purchase orders (Oracle) Responsible for ensuring EHS & GxP compliance Responsible for ensuring department quality standards are achieved Line management of a small team Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager; Report actual and suspected security incidents;

 

 

What we are looking for:

People management experience Someone comfortable working at heights Experience in a Technical Services environment A background in a Site / Construction setting would be desirable MEWP or IPAF certificate highly desirable
