Location: Antalya Type of contract: Permanent **As a Technical Service Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities;** Organizing the technical team according to business needs and demands Contribute to the set up of a Technical benchmark and data collection for Nestlé Professional's technical knowledge improvement Support the Issue Management process - Ensure that issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner - Identify trends and provide input to the Renovation/Continuous improvement program in the team Contribute to call center activities in order to increase rate of solution by phone Provide the customer training for key customers Perform machine demos with key customers Support optimization projects implemantation process Handle technical product complaints on new product developed Provide technical support for beverage systems; support field technicians to ensure high level service on the field.Controlling and contributing technical field activies and KPI and join technicians route to attribute their activities Train technicians on the job and paritcipate to their route plan to control field operation Keep compliance with instructions, procedures and quality requirements to develop and ensure of Nestle Management System. **Which profile are we looking for?** - Data management skills, - University Degree, - Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance or production line **What are our employee community values?** Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.
