Support our UK customers in remote diagnostics and remote coding, as well as automotive technical support;Develop our services in the field of macsRemote remote diagnostics;Counselling and support in connection with updating diagnostic testers;Working towards achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets as defined;Providing feedback to Team Leaders from a continuous improvement perspective regarding the service to customers;Build close working relationships with all internal departments to improve products and services, always looking to reduce costs.
