They will have both technical and functional expertise on Oracle Cloud ERP, and will lead the requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, estimation and deployment of solution in line with organization change control board policies. The role also involves, maintenance, troubleshooting, resolution of errors for existing systems and support new roll outs. Bring new technical ideas and innovative use of functionalities and technology to provide business solutions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Perform requirement gathering, process Mapping, Analysis, and solutions design + Create documentation, perform fit/gap analysis and recommend solutions + Work on GL & FAH set up, including COA, calendars, ledgers and various data integrations + Work on AGIS Intercompany module and Intercompany accounting + Build and maintain complex Sub-Ledger Accounting rules and design + Work with cross-functional teams and business leaders + Carry out development and maintenance of the Hierarchies + Perform historical data Conversion and mapping + Work with FR Studio, OTBI, SmartView, BIP Work, ADFDI and OTBI + Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within timelines, and build new workflows or modify existing workflows using BPM + Work on calculation manager, PL/SQL & Groovy, Security function, including data security + Work on SQL, XML, XSLT, VBCS, App Composer and OIC interfaces + Conduct user trainings and maintain consistent documents + Support business on month close and year close activities + Work on a highly critical assignments with challenging timelines + Provide support to other Oracle cloud ERP modules + Regular learning with the latest Oracle updates and conduct knowledge sharing sessions **Minimum Qualifications:** + Required Education: + Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or other related field + Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting **Required Experience:** + 8-10 Years of any Oracle ERP experience like Oracle EBS, Fusion or PeopleSoft etc.,Oracle Cloud General Ledger, FAH & Intercompany + 2-5 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP General Ledger & Fusion Accounting Hub **Preferred Experience:** + 2-5 Years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payables, Assets, Cash Management & Expenses **Preferred License/Registration/Certification:** Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications preferred **Computer Skills Required:** Strong SQL and XML working knowledge is required **Physical Demands:** In order to successfully perform this job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, the following are outlined below: + Employee is required to read, review, prepare and analyze written da ta and figures, using a PC or similar, and should possess visual acuity. + The Employee may be required to occasionally climb, push, stand, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and/or perform repetitive motions. + The Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and; therefore, job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found within general office or administrative work.
