Technical Solution Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting Team in Korea.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

2-3+ years working in a software and/or Intellectual Property field, Salesforce platform solution sales experience is an advantageBachelor’s degree or relevant professional formative experienceThe ability to communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and verbally in English and KoreanStrong understanding of how technology solutions can resolve business and legal process issuesGood pre-sales skills which would help to convince the customer of the benefit of the solution presentedStrong interpersonal and presentation skills, including proven experience in presentation and training in front of customersA consultative approach when working with customers, and good cooperating skills when working with the internal team

It would be great if you also had . . .

Knowledge of Intellectual Property particularly related to patents, trademarks as well as the IP lifecycleA good level of knowledge of one or more of the major IP management systems

What will you be doing in this role?

Works with the Sales team offering the appropriate solution for the prospectsProvides demonstrations to prospective and existing customers for new technology solutions or to upgrade and extend existing products and solutionsProvides support to Sales team as well as the Bid Management team for RFP’s and proposals concerning pricing and technical content information disseminationEnsures through the entire sales process that customer expectations are managed appropriatelyWorks with Onboarding Services team to ensure that requirements are documented, implementations are properly scoped and level of effort is accurately reflected in customer proposalsPerforms marketing and sales support at seminars, internal meetings, tradeshows and other marketing or industry related events, if requiredWorks with the product management team to communicate/filter feedback from customers in order to determine product enhancements, bugs, workflow suggestions or other product related requirements

About the Team

The software presales team supports sales function by applying their IP software expertise to understand customer challenges and business goals and to promote Clarivate’s strategic IP Software Solutions to new prospects and customers.

Hours of Work

40 hours in a week as an full time employee.

Hybrid, need to visit Clarivate office or customer 2-3days a week.
