Technical Solution Implementation Specialist, B2B
The Solution Implementation Analyst will be responsible for assisting with solutions design review, configurations, deployment, and post implementation support, before CSC handover for all projects involving service connectivity, managed networking, managed Wi-Fi, managed security services. The incumbent will also be responsible for leading, planning, configuring, deployment of all MyUC, Workspace and Digital Signage solutions sold by the C&W Business team. The incumbent ensures the successful completion of all projects meeting CWC quality standard and customer satisfaction under the delivery process. **_WHAT WILL YOU DO_** Assist the Sales Engineering team in the review and approval of Solution designs for all CWB Managed Solutions. Responsible for the configuration and installation of customer Connectivity Services provided by C&W Business. Responsible for Provisioning, configuration, deployment, operation, and maintenance of MyUC, Workspace and Digital Signage solutions sold by the C&W B2B Sales team. Assume responsibility for the accuracy in work processes, management of simultaneous tasks, actions and decision-making. Be a support to Product and Product Engineering teams with Planning and Managing the UC& CORE platforms, and equipment homologation. Perform the pre-staging process and remote configuration. Performs all test protocols needed to ensure the operability and customer satisfaction of all projects prior to installation at customer premises Provide support in the integration of all new devices and services to our customer network. Ensure all services in each solution complies with the customer’s expectations. Participate and provide support during maintenance windows scheduled for customer migrations or installs. Provide customer care services by conducting fault isolation, identification, and resolution of problems during the execution and testing phase of every implementation. Provide and maintain up to date documentation of all projects including but not limited to topologies, low level designs and test results. Responsible for all customer configurations backup until hand off to CWC Customer Service Center. Provide knowledge transfer to customers and/or other members of the group. In some instances onsite customer training may be required. Participate in the hand off process of all implementations to CWC Customer Service Center. Participate in internal and customer kickoffs for every project. Assist our Project Management Office in the execution phase of all projects. Assist with Tier 2 support on issues escalated by the RNOC or CSC related to C&W Business customers Perform on-call duties, during non-business hours as required Disable and remove configurations as per disconnection process. Update Network Monitoring system as required for installations, activations, and other related changes Perform Network and MyUc Audits to ensure accuracy with reference to customer and backbone configurations.
