What You Will Do:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Guidehouse Managed Services technical portfolio Engage with executive stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the overall strategy Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple solutions within the portfolio Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth product and project execution Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and other departments Conduct market research to compare products to create strategic roadmaps

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field OR 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Strong technical background and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders Experience in defining product metrics and implementing data driven product planning processes

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Relevant certifications in project management or product management (SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Certifications)Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically revenue cycle managementProven ability to transition from high-level strategic planning to detailed executionFamiliarity with Azure and cloud infrastructure Preference will be given to candidates who are located within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office

The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
