What You'll Do:As our Technical Solutions Engineer in Seoul, you’ll be the bridge between our business and technology, a key player in developing the South Korea team integrating and optimizing cross-channel products on a wide range of e-commerce clients.
What You’ll Do
Integration and Implementation
Translate business objectives into technical configurations, and design custom solutions and integration strategies
Drive proof of concept (POC) integrations and support testing with external partners to validate new solutions and foster collaboration.
Client/Agency Support and Success
Empower clients/agencies to make informed decisions by providing comprehensive education and guidance on product features, best practices, and industry trends.
Enhance clients/agencies' understanding and utilization of the product through education, guidance, documentation, and technical support
Take full ownership of key account health by proactively monitoring performance and conducting/helping on relevant analysis using internal tools to identify potential issues and own the first level of the investigation
Travel to client/agency sites as a subject matter expert to foster deeper collaboration, offer strategic consultations and strengthen client relationships
Training and Education
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and Criteo products by maintaining and expanding technical expertise by completing certifications and actively participating in training sessions.
Build client-specific materials in collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and other internal teams.
Sales/Pre-sales Support
Travel to prospective client sites to assist new businesses with pitches and consultations.
Internal Collaboration
Act as central coordinator for client’s technical support, fostering cross-functional collaboration and leveraging internal teams, including Product, R&D, Analytics, Creative, and Global Client Operation team
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams, providing subject-matter expertise to develop custom solutions, address feature requests, and escalate platform-specific issues
Design and implement MVPs of local solutions and automation to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes
Who You Are:Engineering background with a computer science related degree
Fluent in Korean and English both spoken & written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors
Ability to transform business requirements into technical specifications and manage projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly
Proactivity associated with a “can do” way of working
Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Autonomous personality and interested in taking initiatives and leading projects
JavaScript and HTML knowledge as well as other programming languages
Experience related to Android and iOS platforms is advantageous
Experience in the agency environment is advantageous
Team spirit oriented, sharing best practices, and open to train other team members
Attention to detail to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations
Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning
