Job DescriptionArista APAC is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer based in one of the major cities of China. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to troubleshooting complex and dynamic customer environments while balancing the communications needs in local language for customer support issues. A strong analytical mind is required, as is the ability to triage. As we are continually releasing new features and products, a high aptitude for both learning and teaching are required.
Who You’ll Work With
Our engineers work closely with other members of Customer Engineering as well as both Software and Hardware development - both in diagnosing problems as well as communicating them in multiple technical contexts. Thus, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is a collaborative approach.
Candidates must be experienced in networking and troubleshooting L2/L3 devices.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers from Japan as per the local language needs. Interface with other global Technical Solutions Engineers in expediting resolution to the customer’s issues.Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
