Technical Solutions Executive
**Job Requisition ID #** 24WD84598 **Position Overview** As a **Technical Solutions Executive (TSE),** you will be a key contributor to the success of the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. Reporting to the **Technical Sales Manager** , you will partner with account teams to help users achieve their goals through the use of our technology. Leveraging your industry experience, you will identify and uncover customer needs, develop strategies, demonstrate value, and ultimately deliver outcomes for our customers. **Responsibilities** + Outcome and Solution-Based Approach: + Take a customer-centric approach by undertaking deep technical discovery in collaboration with team members to uncover user goals + Use your experience, technical knowledge, and creativity to craft solutions that enable end-users to achieve their objectives + Technical Closure: + Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud + Manage technical evaluations, define solution architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, and engage third parties + Consult with ACS sales on technical validation and assess the feasibility, correctness, and completeness of proposed solutions + Apply best practices to resolve business challenges and maximize customer satisfaction and product revenue + Document quantifiable pain points identified in pre-implementation scenarios, technical decision criteria, and evaluation metrics using Salesforce and collaborative tools + Customer Relationship Management: + Build a "trusted advisor" relationship by understanding customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements + Ensure efficient handoffs between the pre-sales team and post-sales adoption and deployment teams + Share Autodesk Construction Cloud internal product roadmaps with customers and communicate customer feedback to the ACS product team + Collaboration: + Develop strong working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) + Collaborate with business resources (e.g., sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) + Work with ACS product "centers of excellence," Customer Success programs (e.g., Voice of the Customer), and deployment teams to implement solutions + Coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars, and go-to-market messaging strategy + Leadership: + Share best practices, competitive insights, innovations, and expertise within the sales organization, product divisions, and technical solutions teams locally and globally + Represent Autodesk at strategic speaking engagements at trade shows, conferences, and internal events, collaborating with ACS marketing teams + Provide technical product and integration expertise and share knowledge across the organization **Minimum Qualifications** + 3-5+ years of experience in the **AEC industry** + Experience with **SaaS technology** or **construction project planning/delivery** + A **technology subject matter expert** capable of distilling complex workflows and solutions for multiple AEC audiences \#LI-SV2 **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk!
