 The Technical Solutions Manager will lead and manage innovation use cases focusing on three core areas: GenAI, Automation & Robotics (key platforms being Blue Prism, Appian, and Power Platform), and Data Visualization.

As a global leader, instrumental in supporting CXOs to adopt technologies that help transform, optimize and enhance their customer experiences. Proven ability in driving enterprise service integrations, strategic planning, technology roadmaps, business transformations, Innovation and cognitive solutions

This role involves facilitating exploration workshops, ensuring that use case projects go through the appropriate governance into production, and supporting mass adoption within the client team

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitating Exploration Workshops:

Organize and lead workshops to explore new innovation use cases in GenAI, Automation & Robotics, and Data Visualization.

 Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and gather requirements.

 Document and analyze workshop outcomes to inform project planning and execution.

 Project Governance and Production:

Ensure that all use case projects adhere to the appropriate governance frameworks.

 Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Supporting Mass Adoption:

 Develop strategies to promote the adoption of innovation use cases within client organization.

 Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and utilization. Gather feedback and continuously improve the adoption process based on user experiences.

 Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.

 Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.

 Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively.

Risk and Issue Management:

 Identify and manage risks and issues associated with innovation use case projects.

 Develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of any problems.

 Maintain records of risks and issues and report their status to senior management.

 Continuous Improvement:

 Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in GenAI, Automation & Robotics, and Data Visualization.

 Share best practices and insights with the team and the wider organization.

 Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Technical Knowledge and Project Management Skills:

 Possess technical knowledge to support service fundamentals.

Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee the successful execution of innovation use case projects. o Ensure alignment with business needs and IT strategy.

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of Robotics Tooling: (Blue Prism and Appian)

 Knowledge of Automation Tooling (Power platform)

 Knowledge of GenAI Integration

 Shaping and Defining Business Outcomes:

 Establish scope and processes for innovation projects with a full audit trail.

Align business needs with IT strategy and innovation roadmaps.

 Delivering Project Management Activities: Develop business cases for innovation projects, focusing on business value and benefits realization. Engage stakeholders to drive awareness and buy-in for innovation initiatives.

 Ensuring Solution Integrity and Alignment:  Facilitate the design of future-proof solutions. Ensure compliance with Change and IT standards, frameworks, and governance.

Professional Development:  Maintain industry knowledge and share best practices. Support and guide new joiners in the project management approach.

Risks & Controls:  Manage key risks and IT controls, ensuring timely remediation of issues.  Report and escalate the status of risks and controls.
