About the department

Our focus is getting the best people to work at Cloudflare and then allowing you to do your best work. You will work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers in the EMEA region to source passive and active technical candidates.  We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sourcer to join our dynamic Technical Recruiting team and spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process.

What you'll do

As a Technical Soucer, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging potential candidates to help fill current or future hiring needs.  You will proactively recognize our hiring needs and assist in filling open vacancies with qualified candidates and promote our brand.  You will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up initial interviews.

Responsibilities will include:

Employ diverse channels to actively search for potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring needs Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates Phone screen technical candidates and qualify against key requirements of the hiring team Partner with hiring managers and Recruiters to source diverse Engineering candidates, helping increase diversity at both the Individual Contributor and Manager levels Achieving quarterly targets for number of sourced candidates, interviewed and hired Identify and flag any issues with the search or ideal candidate profile to the Recruiter and hiring manager

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Sourcer or related experience Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and resourcefulness across all stages of recruitment process Creative problem-solver and outstanding time management skills Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, have strong organisational and communication skills Excellent time management skills Experience in using modern sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn TalentInsights, Eightfold, Github 

Available Locations: London - Hybrid - 11 Month Fixed Term Contract
