Exact job tasks may vary by area assigned. Manufacturing process and support for assigned area(s) Safely setup production processes in assigned area. Run production processes meeting safety, quality, delivery, and throughput goals. Help perform required preventative maintenance. Help create and maintain process sheets. Troubleshoot production process either independently or with other team members, leadership, or manufacturing engineering. Complete Day by Hour boards and Team Improvement boards as appropriate. Quality Identify good and bad parts. Perform required rework with support from Technician, leadership, or manufacturing engineering. Process Improvements Implement process improvements. Make any non-safety related process improvements as appropriate. Participant in high performance teams. Other activities or tasks assigned by leadership team appropriate for the assigned area(s). Qualifications: High School Degree or Equivalent Minimum 2 years relevant technical experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Good problem-solving skills. Can read, write, and speak English enough to perform job responsibilities. Basic computer knowledge. Understand routers, ISO procedures, work instructions, and standard work. Use required measurement devices such as calipers, VMM, or micrometer. Technically support an area. Typical Mental and Physical Demands: Spend most of the day walking or standing. Both near and far vision to evaluate parts and processes Work with other team members, maintenance, leadership, manufacturing engineering to support the process. Work with or on equipment in the area using any appropriate tools. This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.
