Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Technical Specialist III based at our Greenville, NC (Plant) location. 

 

What you will do: 

Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support technical services and solutions, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Adhere to established standards for consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. 

Propose and implement improvements to existing processes, capabilities, and cost-saving measures. 

Independently manage daily tasks with minimal supervision, while providing leadership and guidance to Level I & II Tech Specialists. 

Assist in crisis situations, supporting resolution efforts and collaborating with other technology teams. 

Communicate effectively with team members and other technology groups, fostering a cooperative work environment. 

Offer innovative ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency for supervisor consideration.

What you will need: 

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 

Relevant professional certifications, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 

 

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

Experience in systems management and implementation. 

Technical process improvement expertise. 

Strong analytical skills and business acumen. 

Proficiency in work, incident, and crisis management. 

Service-oriented with a focus on results. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
