What you will do: + Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support technical services and solutions, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. + Adhere to established standards for consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. + Propose and implement improvements to existing processes, capabilities, and cost-saving measures. + Independently manage daily tasks with minimal supervision, while providing leadership and guidance to Level I & II Tech Specialists. + Assist in crisis situations, supporting resolution efforts and collaborating with other technology teams. + Communicate effectively with team members and other technology groups, fostering a cooperative work environment. + Offer innovative ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency for supervisor consideration.
